Weekend Update With The D

This weekend it was finally nice to have virtually nothing planned, and I took full advantage of it.

Friday night I went to the lamest house party in the history of house parties. (It was NOT the blogger party). This party was so lame that I can't even begin to describe the depth of its lameness. Lets just say that I was home and in bed by 11. Yea, it was that lame.

Saturday began what I like to call the "Man's Weekend", nothing but manual labor and a few minor cuts to the legs and hands. Pure man stuff I tells ya! I started the day with a nice hearty meal of flapjacks, scrambled eggs, and bacon. I make a mean stack of flapjacks just so ya know, the eggs were just perfect. I then began my quest to mow the lawn which I had not done in what seamed like 2 months. It was seriously tall. I think I may have ran over a 305 Chevy engine block and a village of a long lost forgotten tribe of Filipino nationals. Saturday night I watched the Kansas Jayhawks put a whipping on Texas A&M. I also want to tell all you KSU grads that I think you should be arrested for murder. Because ya'll killed Baylor.

Then I caught up on all the episodes of Heroes that I had missed along with episodes of Chuck, and the Bionic Woman (Seriously is Michelle Ryan hot or what? Probably the hottest woman in a new TV show this season. That, and she reminds me of someone but I have no clue who.)

Sunday I went over to Moms and mowed her lawn, racked her leaves, and cleaned out her gutters, and gave her some basic computer knowledge, because I'm an awesome son and her favorite son. She then told me that I was too thin and to get some new clothes.

I then came home returned some phone calls that I missed and now I'm doing this. Now since this is done I'm going to either watch baseball and fall asleep on the couch or watch more shows that are stored in my DVR.
