Weekend Wrap Up

Who's in the mood for a weekend wrap up? I know a few of ya'll are because of the text messages and phone calls I've received today. We'll get to that in a second.

First up, Friday night I stayed home and watched a movie called 16 Blocks with Bruce Willis and Mos Def and David Morse (from St.Elsewhere). Did you see how I just went old school on ya right there? Yea, ya know it that's how I roll.

It's a decent movie, I would give it 5 out of 10 whatever I would give it like stars, lunch boxes, tubs of popcorn or whatever.

Saturday the plan was to get up early and get busy on some much needed yard work. But as ya'll know sometimes the best laid plans just don't come to fruition. I ended up getting up around 9 then messing around until 11 or so then laying down for a quick 20-30 minuet nap which then turned into a MAJOR nap lasting until 4:30 in the evening.

So I jumped in the shower called the Buzzard Beach Girl to confirm our plans for the night and I was off to run some errands and pick her up.

Now, here comes the conundrum. I haven't yet decided if I'm going to talk about my "dating life" (that statement right there is just REALLY foreign to me) here or not. Sure, I'll tell you if I am going out on a date or not that's no big deal to me, but any more information further than that is the issue that I'm having trouble with. Now much detail do I go into? How much information is too much information or TMI if you will? I haven't yet decided if I want to go into that much detail. Any thoughts? How do you think she (or any woman for that matter) would see it?

Beside if I didn't talk about it here then no one would know if I went on a date any way. How many of you even knew that I dated the Pharmacy Girl a few times back in January?

But I will tell you that we both had a good time, dinner, drinks, laughs, overall good time.

Sunday Mom, C-boy, his oldest daughter Sophia, and I took the 2 1/2 hour drive to my sisters new house for her kids, (Nicole 8 yrs old, and Zach 5 yrs old) birthdays. I have some pretty funny videos that I took with my camera, but I still need to load those to youtube.com. I will load those up tomorrow night.

This week will be somewhat busy at the office. On Tuesday I have to be over at the world headquarters for some Veterans pictures that my company wants to take of all of us Veterans for some reason. Apparently, they're going to do something for us, but I have no idea what. I should email probably someone that I know that works over at the world headquarters to let her know that I will be over there. Instead of just popping into her office.

I have the first submittal for the project that I am in charge of on Monday morning, so that will probably be pretty hectic but I have it all planned out so I'm hoping it goes smoothly.
