Introducing Audrey

This is my newest niece Audrey she was born on Friday July 7th at 5:00 in the morning at Washington D.C. She is my older brothers first child. She was 4 lbs 5 ounces. She was originally due 3 weeks from now but because she had not grown since her last ultrasound the doctors decided to induce labor now other wise she may have been still born. I have not heard why she was not getting any bigger. This is a really big deal they have been trying to have a baby for a few years now. She was not having any trouble getting pregnant but she would always lose the baby a few weeks in to the pregnancy. So we are all pretty excited. Her Mom and Dad went home from the hospital Sunday but had to leave Audrey there in the NICU. She is healthy but has to put on some weight before she can go home.

So with that new I thought I would give you the rundown of the rest of the family. My older sister had 2 kids Nicole is 7, Zach is 4. My younger brother has one daughter that will be 2 in October. My step-brother has 2 kids also, Stephen is 12 and Amanda is 8. All of their parents are married (I could not tell you if they were all “happily” married or not)

They all call me “Uncle The D” I try to get them to just drop the uncle part but they seem to like it. Christmas just keeps getting more and more expensive. Do you have any idea how much that Barbie crap is!? I mean Cheese and Rice!!

Last Christmas Zach greeted me with a punch in the “Dangalin Brains” instead of a hug. I still think my younger brother put him up to it. But I can’t prove it.
